Pre-Sale Orders GymToro is currently operating on a pre-sale basis. This means your order will be dispatched once production is complete — estimated dispatch is Winter 2026. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

Tracking Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Customs & Duties (International Orders) For orders shipped outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. GymToro is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Lost or Delayed Shipments If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us at gymtoro.eu@yahoo.com and we'll investigate with the carrier.
