Our Returns Policy
We want you to love your GymToro gear. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as final sale or discounted over 30%
- Worn, washed, or damaged items
- Items without original tags
How to Return
- Email us at info@gymtoro.eu with your order number and reason for return.
- We will send you a return authorisation and instructions within 2 business days.
- Pack the item(s) securely and ship them back using a tracked service.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or colour, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@gymtoro.eu with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will resolve this at no cost to you.
