Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your parcel directly on the carrier's website.

For orders shipped outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping fee.
